Who Am I?

Hey there! I’m Milica Bercek.

For 20 years, I’ve helped businesses stop blending in and turn undifferentiated products into brands that grow.

I’ve led initiatives that doubled the revenue, cut marketing waste by over 30%, and aligned leadership teams around one clear strategy that actually drives results. Should I mention that I helped position a business that went on to sell for $588M USD?

My path has been truly global: born in Serbia, I studied in China, launched my first business in Mexico, and spent 12 years in Hong Kong working with ambitious international brands. Along the way, I earned an MBA, became fluent in four languages, and learned how to lead in boardrooms and across cultures.

People describe me as bringing contagious energy, relaxed professionalism, and a knack for making complex ideas simple.
